Shipping policy

Paid orders ship in one business day, excluding holidays & weekends. Orders placed on Friday will ship out the following Monday unless the following business day falls on a postal holiday. In this case, the order will ship out the next non-holiday business day.

We ship our products via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All orders with us include a tracking number regardless of the carrier used. We reserve the right to choose the best and most affordable carrier option for orders with Free Shipping.

Some shipping carriers do not offer services to P.O. Boxes. In this case, we will choose the carrier that provides this service.

The delivery date posted at checkout is an estimation only, actual delivery date may vary. We are not responsible for delays while the package is in transit, as this delay is out of our control. 

For the most up-to-date tracking information please visit the carrier's website. You can also sign up for text or email notifications about your package.  

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Customers are also responsible for keeping track of the order and being ready to receive it when it is delivered. Sometimes the carrier will not drop off the package due to an unsafe location. When this happens, they will reschedule the delivery or leave a note in your mailbox instructing you on how to proceed. In some rare instances, the carrier may instruct you to pick up the package in person at the post office.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are delivered. If this happens, contact the responsible carrier immediately to open a claim and report the theft.

We do our very best to pack your orders safely. But if your order arrives broken contact us and provide proof of damage. After proof of damage is provided, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
