Your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns for up to 30 days from the original purchase date.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days from the original purchase date. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label to send your order back. You must use the label we provide so we can track your return. Once received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund accordingly.

We reserve the right to decline any refund if the return does not meet the following requirements:

  • All returns must include the original purchase receipt.
  • You must use the return shipping label we provide.
  • Only items purchased from us and listed on the receipt may be returned.
  • Refunds will only be issued for products and quantities actually received that were purchased from us.
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund if we receive an empty box or items not sold by us.

Refund Policy for Damaged Goods

  • Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must provide photo proof of damage.
  • Broken or defective products do not need to be returned if photo proof is provided.
  • If the product is in stock, we will send a replacement. If out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit.

Product Availability

  • Customers will be notified immediately if an order cannot be fulfilled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a purchased product is out of stock or found to be defective.
